- Payment Channel / Gateway:
BUY PNEUMATICS uses RAZORPAY Payment Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit/debit cards, EMI options based on cards facilities, Net Banking, UPI and Mobile Wallets are accepted (refer RAZORPAY website for more details). If customer has paid twice for one product then the refund should be made for one transaction. Customer will get the refund within 7 days for online payments.
- Out of Stock / Availability of Goods you order:
BUY PNEUMATICS is a well-established company with a busy telephone sales office, and popular trade counter facilities. All the stock levels on our website are live stock levels, however there may be rare instances where products are sold over the counter and then updated a few minutes later online. In the unlikely event that BUY PNEUMATICS has insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you, we will notify you as soon as possible by email at the address given by you in your order form. You can either put these products on back order, or we can arrange a refund of any monies paid. Note: We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. Neither are responsible for nor liable to return/refund/replacement/exchange of goods for the delay.
