You may use Internet Banking, Debit/Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express), Mobile Wallets (Amazon Pay, Ola Money, Free Charge etc.), NEFT/IMPS/RTGS, UPI and several more to make your purchase.

Your online transaction on buypneumatics.in is secure with the highest transaction security currently available on the Internet. We use 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.
All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways managed by Razorpay.

VISA and MasterCard implement the 3D Secure password in partnership with card issuing banks under the “Verified by VISA” and “MasterCard Secure Code” services, respectively. The 3D Secure password adds a layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which you create, is only known to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases.

We send notification e-Mail/SMS at each stage. 
Upon successful order registration on website you will receive and e-Mail/SMS confirmation which will be followed by an Invoice copy and a dispatch confirmation SMS.

No, it is not necessary to create an account on buypneumatics.in to place orders.
We have Guest Checkout feature as default. 

Order Received: Your order has been successfully placed
Verified: Your payment mode and delivery details have been verified.
Processing: We have received your order and it being prepared for shipping .
Dispatch: Order has been packed and ready to be picked up by the courier partner.
Shipped: Your order has been dispatched for delivery.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered to your address successfully. 

We will e-Mail you the Invoice upon successful order registration on the website. 
Then will also include the original copy in the dispatch parcel.  

The delivery time depends on the selected mode (Standard or Priority). Generally, it takes 3 and 2 Business Days, respectively. Business days exclude holidays and Sundays.
Note: This is just an approximate delivery time, as it depends on the final delivery address in the order. On the checkout page, we will show the more realistic estimated date of delivery based on your exact PINCODE location.

If the delay is before the Order Status Dispatch, then we will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the revised expected delivery date.

If the delay is by courier partner (DTDC for Standard & Priority; Other Transport for To-Pay (Godown Delivery), then we request you to track the parcel on the DTDC website (http://www.dtdc.in/tracking/shipment-tracking.asp) or the respective Transport company.

DTDC (reputed courier company) is our shipping partner for Courier Standard and Courier Priority channels. The other delivery options are Self Pick-up – where you pick up the material from the BUY PNEUMATICS office in Secunderabad. And To-Pay (Godown Delivery) option, in which we send the material via a Transport (Rail / Bus Service), and you will need to pick up the material from the transport centre in your region.
You will be informed when we ship your consignment and will be provided with a tracking number.
Note: On the product page & checkout page, you can verify if DTDC covers your PINCODE. If it is not under coverage, you can select from the Self-Pick up or To-Pay (Godown Delivery) options. 

We do not accept cancellations if the material is already dispatched.

However, if the material is not yet dispatched, we may accept the cancellation request (at our sole discretion). Please mail us at info@buypneumatics.in for your cancellation request. 

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we cannot support any replacement or refund as per the returns policy.

If you have received incorrect items against the order (i.e. ordered model 1) but received model 2), please mail us at info@buypneumatics.in within 24 hours of receiving the material, and we will guide you through the following steps. 

Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons: 

• If the product is out of stock or is discontinued. 
• Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information. 

We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if the partial order or the order as a whole is cancelled.
We shall contact you if additional information is required to accept your order.
