How do I know my order is confirmed?

We send notification e-Mail/SMS at each stage.
Upon successful order registration on website you will receive and e-Mail/SMS confirmation which will be followed by an Invoice copy and a dispatch confirmation SMS. You can also check the current status of your order by logging into your account on and going to MY ORDER section.

Is it necessary to have an account to shop on

You can browse through our website without creating an account.
However, if you wish to make any purchase, you will need to create an account. This is because we would require certain mandate information for Invoice purposes like Company Name , GST number, Address , contact email/ SMS details etc.

How do I check the status of my order?

Visit MY Orders page in My Account and click on TRACK ORDER to get real time status of your order.

What does the different order status mean?

Order Received: Your order has been successfully placed
Verified: Your payment mode and delivery details have been verified.
Processing: We have received your order and it being prepared for shipping
Dispatch: Order has been packed and ready to be picked up by the courier partner.
Shipped: Your order has been dispatched for delivery.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered to your address successfully.

On which address will you send me the Invoice Copy?

We will e-Mail you the Invoice upon successful order registration on the website.
Then will also include the original copy in the dispatch parcel.

Shipment and Delivery :

What is the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time is dependant on the delivery mode selected (Standard or Priority). Generally, it takes 3 and 2 Business Days respectively. Business days excludes holidays and Sundays.
Note: This is just an approximate delivery time as it depends on the final delivery address in the order. On the checkout page, we will show the a more realistic estimated date of delivery based on your exact PINCODE location.

What if there is a delay in shipment?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might be delayed.
If the delay is before the Order Status Dispatch, then we will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the revised expected delivery date.
If the delay is by courier partner (DTDC for Standard & Priority ; Other Transport for To-Pay (Godown Delivery) then we request you to track the parcel on the DTDC website ( or the respective Transport company

How does the delivery process work?

DTDC (reputed courier company) is our shipping partner for Courier Standard and Courier Priority channel. The other delivery options are Self Pick-up – where you pickup the material from BUY PNEUMATICS office in Secunderabad. And To-Pay (Godown Delivery) option in which we send the material via a Transport (Rail / Bus Service) and you will need to pick the material from transport center in your region.
You will be informed when we ship your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number.
Note: On the product page & checkout page you can verify if your PINCODE is covered by DTDC. If it is not under coverage then you can select from Self Pick up or To-Pay (Godown Delivery) options.

Cancellation & Returns:

How do I cancel my order?

We do not accept cancellations if the material is already dispatched. Refer Cancellation & Returns policy However, if the material is not yet dispatched, we may accept the cancellation request (at our sole discretion). Please mail us on for your cancellation request.

If I receive a wrong product, Defective product, Damaged product can I get it replaced?

We take utmost care to ensure customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, if you receive a defective or damaged product, we would not be able to support any replacement or refund as per the returns policy Link

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

We do not accept returns – refer Cancellation & Returns policy page
If you have received incorrect items against order (i.e. ordered model 1 but received model 2), in that case please mail us on within 24 hours of receiving the material and we will guide you through the next steps.

Why was my order cancelled by Buy Pneumatics?

Your order may have been cancelled due to any of the following reasons:

  • If product is out of stock or is discontinued.
  • Inaccuracies or errors in pricing information.
We will inform you about the cancellation of your order and share details if partial order or the order as a whole is cancelled.
We shall contact you if any additional information is required to accept your order.

We have given a option, to retrieve your password on your registered Email ID by providing a valid registered email on Login window

Can I save multiple card / bank account details on 1 single account?

No, We ( is not storing / Saving any bank / Card details with us, we are just navigating the payment section to On-line payment gateway provider(Razorpay)
